Who is responsible

What we collect

• Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
• The date you signed up, the country your connection comes from (as reported by our host), and the page that sent you to us, if any. This helps us see where interest comes from.

This page uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

Why, and on what basis

Only to tell you when ApeiQ opens, and to send you at most a few emails about the launch. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. We never sell or rent your email.

How long we keep it

Until the launch emails are sent, and in any case no longer than 12 months after you signed up, unless you then create an ApeiQ account.

Where it is stored

On Cloudflare, Inc. (our host), which may process it in the United States. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The page's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time by writing to contact@apeiq.app. Every launch email will include a link to unsubscribe. If you think your rights are not respected, you can complain to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Les données sont hébergées chez Cloudflare et conservées au maximum 12 mois. Vous pouvez demander leur accès, leur rectification ou leur suppression en écrivant à contact@apeiq.app, et saisir la CNIL en cas de litige.
